VacMagic VM100 Vacuum Table

The VM100 was originally designed for grinding non-ferrous material on a magnetic chuck. During the early stages of R, it was discovered that the VM100 could be much more. Mount the VM100 to a vise to reduce setup time, use as a pallet changer, or mount to a grid plate or T-slot table.

The VM100 uses the same patented method as the VM300 to generate vacuum strong enough for industrial applications yet still runs on shop air! No vacuum pumps or coolant traps required. We include everything needed to get your VM100 running within minutes of opening the box.

Operates on 70–100 PSI shop air, eliminating vacuum pumps and coolant traps
Expand your vacuum platform to 14″ x 12″ (360mm x 315mm) to accept standard VM300 Vacuum pallets
Build your own vacuum fixtures – we can assist with design for your custom applications and manufacture the fixture
Remove 12mm pins when grinding/machining thin material, use set screws to locate and secure holding force
