Precision countersinking

Micro-Limit is a precision depth-controlled countersinking tool. The tool consists of a guided countersink and a driver with depth control adjustment capability, suitable for handheld power tools or machine tools.

The Micro-Limit disc is designed and manufactured for robust production work with repeatable accuracy. The thrust load is taken up by ball bearings through a hardened steel stop collar. The drive shaft operates on needle bearings. This design makes our driver the most durable in the industry and why it is the preferred countersinking tool for high production requirements such as rivet hole preparation in aircraft manufacturing.

Three driver models cover a wide range of hole sizes. Adjustment is made in .001 inch (.025 mm) increments.
